Hi there, I've been working very hard to earn my city cash, I have about $268,000 coins left when I thought that by spending $40,000, I can get 10 city cash and click it but to my horror, it uses my 10 city cash instead to give mi 40,000 coins which I don't need. Please help if I can revert this deduct my coins to get my city cash back please.

I don't think you can. Apparently they expect you to actually read what you're buying before you do.
