Gift count not correct?

I've been playing RS for a while so I don't use my gifts everyday. Yesterday when I went to check on them I had 21, 485 stews. Well since stew comes in sets of 150 I was confused. Then I noticed it only giving me 5 plates when accepting the stew. Same thing in my BS. Does anyone know at what point it starts to do this. I'm on Android if that makes a difference

If you want to know that badly how that happened, wait until you receive 3000 stews each day and accept them. With that many days and you just finding out something's fishy at stew # 21,485, no one's going to be able to tell you what happened.
