Coins keep looping when im about to reach 100,000 (restart at 99,000 sometimes 98,000

I just started playing a few days ago and im trying to get 100,000 coins to expand the bakery. Everytime i get close it never reaches 100,000 coins it just loops back to either 99k or even 98k coins. Im at level 12, does that have anythong to do with it?
