Unable to have people add me

I am unable to have people add me. I get an error message that says my message contains inappropriate words. My last name has the word christ in it i think that is why. Has someone else experienced this? If so what do I do? Thanks

Firstly I would contact support by sending an email to support@teamlava.com and see what they advise. It may be a name issue or a jail broken device problem, if you are using one.
