Not receiving coins upon completion of contracts

I have four factories, and a few days ago I set them to build MP3 players. After waiting a couple days, the contracts were completed, and I tapped on the factories. From 3 of the 4 factories, I received nothing. Tapping again, it just asked what new contracts I wanted to start.

What's the deal?

this happens to me too. The completed contract display coins with a black background, these don't pay out. Can't find anywhere an explanation of why.
