MAJOR improvement over last week's update! Only ONE gem item and THREE coin items! I couldn't be happier! :)

Cozy Cottage: 100,000 coins, +4,000 population, +250 xp
Fruit Stand: 70,000 coins, +2,800 happiness, +175 xp
Shanghai Pearl Tower: 8,000,000 coins, +320,000 happiness, +20,000 xp
Junkyard: 40 gems, +1,200 happiness, 400 xp

The only thing that would make me happier is if the roofs of these new buildings don't look like something from the cartoon network. The latest few new offerings have these unrealistic roofs that do not compliment the rest of the real city feel.
