Suggest no more 4th grade items from specal boxes(magic box, holiday box...etc.)

Many users upset about the quality of 4th grade items such as very small picture or very small plant....no way....
We spend lots of gems to buy special boxes so we expect TL guarantee the quality of items. However the items are too bad!!

So we recommand to upgrade the quaity of items or get down cost of the special box(15gem)
