More Seafood!

So far ive' only known that there are very few sea foods on RS grilled salmon,seafood paella etc. What about Tuna? ,Shrimp tempura,sashimi

I love seafood so I agree! Sashimi should be quick cooking though, since you only need to slice it. ;)

I'm actually pretty impressed with the seafood selection. There are also the lobster, baked scallops, oysters, clam chowder, and shrimp skewers. But I would still be in favor of adding more! I would love to see a blackened grouper sandwich, crab cakes, king crab legs, jambalaya, popcorn shrimp, fried calamari, moules frites... I could probably go on but I'm making myself hungry. I'm not in favor of adding sushi or sashimi to the menu because it doesn't fit with the rest of the food available -- I'd much rather see a "sushi story" -- but maybe ahi tuna carpaccio would be a nice compromise :)

I really like the idea of adding more sushi to the menu. I think California rolls would be a neat idea! I also like the above ideas like tuna or calamari. I'm trying to make my restaurant ocean/beach themed and I think sushi would very much apply. 

We've been oppressed and laughed at since as long as I can remember, so it'd be comforting to see that TL cares enough about us to come out with one of our finest delicacies.

Should probably just combine the two, it'd be kind of like Zoo story in a way, you have to catch then prepare the fish for sale :)
