While there is no way to remove neighbours yet, one reason that I only have one on my farm and she lives with me irl :p, it is a big enough issue with enough thread mentions on these forums to be pretty high on the list for a fix in upcoming patches.

I would love to remove some of my neighbors, 99% of them never repay watering and I'm tried of having to scroll through all of them, pls fix!
