Missing Recipe

I have a quest to completely 4 orders of cupcake -- but there is no recipe for them.
It is not under "dessert" or "all"

I have experienced in both Bakery Story and Restuarant Story, the new recipe from me leveling up is not there for me to buy when it says I can now purchase those items. How can I solve this problem so I can buy my recipes?

I also checked under each section and the pressed all and my new recipes is not there. I want my recipes so I can level up and get more cash

I have a question...I thought in Level 21 it said I was getting a new drink....lemonade or something but when I checked I didn't get anything new....Was I suppose to get something?

If you don't see a new drink unlocked (I'm not even sure if they are locked) then you most likely got an early push of a new drink to come! :)

I got that too, I was told I could now make lemonade but then it's not up on the menu. Yay for new recipes though!
