lost money , exp, mastery ( out of sync)

I lost $30000 and experience points as well. I have completed all mastery (level 4) for business attires and when I check it, it is all gone back to level 2. i am currently on level 21. i just want my money and exp back. it is a hard work reaching mastery and i hope i dont have to do it again especially for the ones i have completed. :mad:

I have just looged on and found all my gems taken? Any ideas what might have happened to them and how do I get them back?
