Items not loading..

I want to make sure its not just me, but since the last update for android has anyone's items not load right away or not at all? Like the cupcake decor or items from the boxes? It's really annoying :(. I can't even see what the new update items look like because the games not loading properly. Please let me know if your experiencing the same thing and if you've found a solution!
