help with mystery selection of clothing

I am at level 23 and I have noticed in other people stores detective coats, shoes and pants. I asked someone in a store and they said it is in the catalog. I have never had the mystery as a choice at any level. Does anyone else have this problem and how can I get the options to buy those clothes?

I'm not sure what level this unlocks at but it was fridays update so you might not have it yet as some updates don't get to people until tuesday if you don't have it by then email lavateam.

If update got to you even at higher level you would still see the clothes they would just be blocked off until you reach
