Items Disappearing

Yesterday, there must have been an upgrade to the game. Now, suddenly, I am missing a fountain (for which I paid) and other decorations that required me to pay cash. I like the game and have spent over $350.00 playing this supposedly "free app." I don't mind spending the money as it is my only expense for entertainment (I am sick at the moment and TV gets old fast). BUT I do mind paying that much money for stuff I can't keep. How do I either get a refund or get my missing items back????

You don't get anything back I have spent over 600.00 in gems and city cash and got to levels higher than 55 in all 4 story games and than got a new iphone and installed them back on and have lost everything and team lava won't help. Thus game is a big scam!!
