Will not open - Forces close

Hi TeamLava,

After doing the recommended update (on my Android phone) about 3 weeks ago, I haven't been able to open Restaurant Story.

Please help! :(

you might get a better response if you send an email to support@teamlava.com. Include your type of device (more specific than Android phone), OS version as well as your storm8 ID.

You will get a canned response to let you know they have received your email. You will need to be patient because they are currently very busy and can't get to things right away, plus they will have to research as to why you can't get into your game and if it isn't anything on their server end, they will need to try to recreate the issue and that can take some time.

The forum just has mostly end users and a few moderators and we can help with general stuff, but this is more specific and it sounds like it might be specific to you and maybe a few others.

You could try theses suggested steps before you email: delete and reinstall (your game is saved on TL servers, you won't lose anything), and restart your phone.
