How to send gifts?

I would like to send a gift of paint and screws from bakery story. how do I do that?

In bakery story you just go to the neighbor you want to gift, select the gift button and scroll to the right until you see the paint or screws and select which you want to gift them. They don't have this option at all in Fashion.

But...... if you are using a Droid or non-iphone/ipad you will not be able to send or build constructable items.
