Frozen game :(

Ok. I have no idea what to do. I spent already money for 50 gems twice, and I might have to restart my game because now customers won't come in and my game just freezes now. Help!

First of all, restarting your game is impossible unless you get a new device. You can email TL support at <support@teamlava.com> and ask them for a possible refund, but the chances are slim.

Before doing that though, make sure of these 2 things.

1. BS is at version 1.2.3
2. Whatever device you are using has the latest software. (For iOS it is 4.3.3)

Ok. I turned off my phone and turned it back on. It has seemed to work for now. Thanks!
