Gems gone & earned coins!!!!

This is my daughters account. She earned 1 gem & when she went back in to play again, it was gone & it just happened again when she won another gem for being a "fashionista" which also gave her 10,000 coins, which she spent on a dressing room & when she went back in to play, the dressing room disappeared & her shop was designed as she originally had it. She also purchased a white long table & it disappeared as well. (Storm8 Id: sunnysunsetcutie) So in other words, all the coins & 2 gems she earned, she used to re-design her Boutique only for it all to be put back as she had it originally & left with no coins. Please help!!!!!

This is an annoying bug.. Sadly you cannot get the coins back

Ugh! Well it happened again. Thanks for the feedback but they need to fix these bugs. What's the point of playing the game if all the coins you earn dissapear including any new furniture you buy.
