Hotels popped up?

Dont know if my iPhone just ****ed up buy when i opened farm story i could get 6free gems like many times before but there were also a pop-up about building hotel and such stuff , there was a note saying : tap build and buy hotel.

This isnt a joke, anyone Else saw this pop-up?

That's for City Story. I'm guessing someone also put it in Farm Story by mistake.
