Lag, Crash, Failed to load restaurant.

I'm having lag and constant crashing on my Android restaurant. It sometimes also tells me that it failed to load a neighbors restaurant. This happens sometimes when I receive a gift from a neighbor and o try to visit them through the same box they gifted me in. I'm using my HTC incredible and its running Froyo 2.2

It never even used to lag before, but since the steady weekly updates (which I love) its been very unstable.
