bug with 1 300 000 debt

I don't know how it happens but the system stole me about a million + put me a debt of 1 300 000 :mad: , now I can't even collect my tips or tip my neighbor as I have -1 300 000 $ :rolleyes:
each time a customer come into my restaurant it reimburse a small part of my debt, unbelievable :(

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app on your device to see if that helps?

If you haven't tried that, try uninstalling and re-installing to see if that clears the issue. Also, are you using an up to date operating system?

If the problem persists, you may want to open a ticket with TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com). If you email Support make sure to include your Storm8 ID, the device and operating system you use, the app and app version you are emailing about, a description of the issue and when you noticed the issue started.

This has happened before, and I think that all others had just had to e-mail Support (support@teamlava.com) so that they can credit the account.
