Bakery Story: A problem with gems

Hello. About a month ago I downloaded 'World War' because Bakery Story told me that I would receive 6 gems! I got it and was instantly addicted! I played for ages, but when I went back on Bakery Story I had no extra gems! I am very upset and I feel very *****ed that I didn't get the gems like it promised! Why didn't I receive them? And, could you please give me them to me??

Hi there -

You will need to contact TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com) for assistance. But before you do that, make sure the gems were not credited to another TeamLava game instead. If you did not receive the promo points, email Support with your Storm8 ID, the app which the gems should have been credited to, the game you downloaded to get the gems, and roughly when you downloaded World War.
