?Mini Game?

I have an iPhone 3GS and don't know how to get the Mini game.
When i go into menu there is no option for mini game.
Do i need to download something else?
Please help

Make sure u have the latest iPhone Update, and the latest city story update. It should work. I have the same phone, and it works.
