Or maybe rotate the CITY, in order to see those hidden buildings when cleaning!!! Actually, I agree, we need to be able to rotate buildings to face in ANY of the four directions, in order for them to face a road, parking lot, etc . . . That would be VERY helpful in making the game more aesthetically appealing.

That Would be great!! But I am conscient that it may not be possible for those buildings already created, but at least, this option should be applicable for new buildings.
