how do i sell tiles

Basically i got this game on my samsung galaxy s and im trying to redecorate the cafe and change the tiles on the floor but i cant click them so it wont let me sell them and when they have gone into storage i still cant sell them.

So my question basically is, is it possible to sell the tiles and if so how do i do it? cause its not showing up that option.
