I've more than 20 gems, and then it just dissapear!
5 minutes ago I saw it still more than 20 gems, and 5 minutes later it's only 1 gems! hey I don't touch it
God! I just want my gems back!!!!!!!

yes. I lost my gems too. if they dont give me my gems back i will quit the game.

TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com) must deal with these requests. I'm personally sorrythat you've lost gems, but as long as you include your ID and how many you lost, retaining the Apple receipts, then they should be able to assist you (as long as you get the address right-support@teamlava.com). I can't guarantee that you'll get the gems back, but you should get an answer as to why they're not there and, if applicable, something should be credited.
