All my food disappeared!

I got sick of running out of food, so I blocked my customers and made tons of food - about 20,000-50,000 of 6 or 7 different items. all of the sudden, I only have two of the items and all of the other counters are empty! I rebooted and they didn't comeback. What the heck?!

Did you do any redecorating, like moving stuff in a and out of storage?

I've blocked my door to build up food too. When I open the door again and leave the game, my food sells out super quickly and when I come back it is gone and I've earned all the money at once. (last time it was 2,200,000!) So now when I want to build up food, I block the cashier. Customers can still come in but not eat anything, and when I unblock the cashier, the food sells at a normal rate.
