square recognition

Good morning.

I am having trouble with my City in city story. I moved a patch of grass to
inventory from a spot and now I am unable to put it back where i took it
from. It does not recognize the spot as a square as it has two smaller
hedges on either side. But i removed the grass from there so it went there
once and now i want to put it back! Why is this bug happening??

Sadly, they've disabled half-tile moves at the moment. :( I'm not sure if Teamlava have any plans to reinstate it or not.
