One of the things I liked about city story was the realism in the buildings design, especially when viewed from above. Look at the rooftops of the buildings, and you see what one might expect to see on top of them....air vents, air conditioning units, satellite dish, etc.....even the parking garage has a car on it with a boot on. It's so realistic I love those details.

But these new buildings look like they are from some cartoon or something. The car dealership has none of the rooftop components, and the sushi restaurant has chopsticks and a California roll on top. Come on, really?

Maybe the different shades of grey roofs could be colored somehow, but please guys, I wish you would keep it real. The mix of the two doesn't look right, and isn't realistic.

Please don't give up the realism as new buildings and structures are created.

How does everyone else feels about it?

I agree-like the more realistic look!

Agreed. Good points, well-put-forward argument.
All I might add is that the new features give 'something for everyone'.
