New constructable applicances?????

so i have been gettin notifications that my neighbors r requestin parts from me but when i log onto the game i dont c where to help them get the parts nor do i c the notification. why is that?

then today when i log n it keep sayin update i can now build a constructable appliance jus go to the appliance tab. when i go to the appliance tab there is no constructable appliance. all i c r the same old appliances. why is that?

this is so sad. why do they install that update screen for android users when we cant make/gift those appliances.
im seriously thinking of buying an ipod to play these games on to get the full effect of the game.....maybe.
