Can't buy gems on Android.. help!

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what but I can't buy gems!! I checked my phones settings to make sure I didn't have any options blocked and there wasn't even an option for that.. Any ideas? Thanks!

Just for clarification.. when I touch "add" at the top while in the store it doesn't do anything or take me anywhere. It's like the button just doesn't work :/

Sometimes when I'm on my iPod Touch it won't work, either. Usually I just have to wait a short time before it works again but how many times have you tried?

I can't buy gems either and I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. Has anyone received a reply as to why Androids are having trouble?
