How to use the gift "GEAR, MOTOR, FUSE, etc" send by my neighbour?

What is the use of these gift send by my neighbour. "Fuse, Gear, Knob, Metal Sheet, Motor, etc"? I can send these to them also. I cannot find them in my Gift box even i accept from my neighbour. Please reply.

Is this involving a Team Lava game?
If so those are gifts that you can send you your neighbors and then the neighbors can use them.

If you look under your appliances tab, you'll notice that you now have the option to purchase a drink machine, easy stove, easy oven, and easy grill. Once you purchase one of the easy appliances or drink machine, you'll need certain amount of materials to complete your appliance and that's when these gears/motors/fuses come in handy.
