I think that this is meant to read 'Add me in CityStory, my ID is athuranzalla' or something like that. But it's in Updates. Was that a mistake or do you mean something different?

If you have a material in your inventory you cannot use it directly from your inventory. You will need to buy a constructible item, place it in your city. Then you can click on the item to manage
and it will tell you how many items you have and how many more you need.
