Chocolate Milkshakes

I have been making the milkshakes, and since they are new, I understand that they would take a minute to show up. When I put them on the counters, however, I only see the bottom half. Can someone please help?

I emailed them and they said to uninstall then reinstall, and it worked. Thanks anyway though!
