Freeze/forced close glitch?

I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem where their game will open, but then freeze and eventually a black screen comes up and the game closes?

Originally it only happened occasionally, but now it happens all the time (literally - I can't even select a recipe before it crashes!)

If anyone knows what might be causing it, please any advice is welcome!

(ID: chezkat14 Device: iPhone 3G, and I'm using the latest update if that helps!)

iphone 3g might be your issue.. I have a ip4... I have issues w/ this game but not that bad.. also, I'm not sure TL still supports older model phones..

I have the itouch4 and this is happening to me all the time. On both RS & BS. Exactly what you describe. It happens roughly every 5-10 minutes, which makes this game very hard to play!!! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM or Tell me how I can fix it on my end.
