glitch with gem item

Restaurant: Mega Munchies

I had 2 deluxe Windows bought with gems I'd earned. At about 7:20 am est I was rearranging , stored one window and it vanished. It never showed up as stored. I can't just move gem items like other items. The first had been moved the same way, by storing it the placing it, when I bought it a week back. Please help me get my window back.

I always wonder since sadly the "store" and "sell" buttons are so close together if someone once may have accidentally sold it? Since wall decor has to be stored before you can move it to another location it's quite easy to accidentally sell something.
Not that I'm saying anyone did, just wondering if that's a possibility?

I will not buy Gem walls until they move the Sell and storage icons on to opposite sides of the screen.. Gem items will also not be bought by me until TL actually fixes the major bugs, sync, reset, the list is long...
