my cash register & avatar disappeared!!!

I opened the app & noticed my customers were coming in then leaving with broken hearts as my avatar & cash register was gone. I wasn't remodeling and there is enough space where I had it placed. It was fine last nite. My heart count is about to go to zero. Please fix! T_T
