Missing cashier & register:(

This is so depressing not to say that I had to start all over again because I had to repalce my phone but when I came back to access my bakery the register was missing not only that my heart has now flatlined from 100 all the way down to 10. My storm id is dyamondgirl7 level 13 I'm using the EVO phone. Tech Support I (we) need your immediate response!!!

The same happened to me. I was making adjustments to my shop and it disappeared. I blocked the door but I went down to 30 hearts. My ID is charmjao charm'S bakery & I am @ lvl 23.
