Restaruant and Bakery Graphic Bug

On orginal Restarant and Bakery Story when I tip at another restaurant and bakery then return to my home page some of the other person's restaurant or bakery tables or chairs are showing on my screen with my tables and chairs. even when I go to design mode this does not correct it. I have to log out for 15 min to reset it.

Yes, it's a known bug. But why is this under CS?
