Item and gem gone suddenly

Friday night I brought some decor using the gem. When I shift the item, the game crushed and All the item and gem is gone. I have lost more than 8 gem and coins too. I reported to support@teamlava but seem no news. Any1 know how long to get a reply ? from them? Izzit possible to get back my item or gem? Please help.. Feel regret buying those gem

Team lava does not respond to emails on weekends or holidays. They have gotten back to me with a couple of issues within 3 working days.

sorry to hear that but I had some issues and I email them I got a reply within a day and problem fix within day and half keep trying
