What is the difference and how do you get to post on other's walls?

News is just wat happened, so someone that cleaned your city will appear there. At least for half a day or so. You write on someone's wall by going to their wall ( left top of screen when you visit them in city story) and typing something in the screen and posting it. The difference is that that's voluntary so there are lit's of people that gift and clean without posting.

You can clean without posting on wall but as stated below, the newsfeed only holds about 7-8 posts at a time.
Some ppl do not watch newsfeed and only return favors from their wall posts.

Most ppl are not on the game all the time and cannot see everyone in newsfeed.
If you want to be cleaned back by everyone you clean your need to post on their walls.

I believe it's the last 10 people but I myself visit other cities as long as they have a rating (not including 0 there) and if someone does show up in my news feed I'll visit as well.
