200,000 paid but no expansion

I have tried to expand twice in last week, paid 200,000 and then got out of sync message and expansion disappeared, but coins still taken from my funds! Also bought some new chairs which also vanished. Can I have my coins back pls?!

This is a known bug which TL should be working on. Sadly, I don't think that you can have a refund. Sorry.
