Gems gone, message wall wiped, game crashed.

I need some help with my store, first I had 43 Gems reduced to 17, then I noticed all the messages were wiped from my wall. The newest problem is that as I was in designing mode of the game suddenly all the menu tabs etc were gone and I cannot enter back into the store with my products etc, basically can't play at all.

Someone help as I have somewhat stupidly spent money on this game.:(

Mi too .. I have the same problem.. My gem and item all gone suddenly.
Regret buying all the gem.. Hope they will give us a reply and do sth about it.

I would recommend doing this as well, as they should be able to help you with these issues.

I have sometimes had that issue with the design tab and all it takes is to exit the app, shut it down through multitask bar and return.
