my husband got this pop up on his IPad when playing farm story.(got it for restuarant story). He downloaded the rest game and did not get any free gems.

If you download the game, and didn't get the Gems, make sure to email Support. (Make sure you run the app first, though)

Are you saying if I download the game, I'll get gems, and then the popup will stop?

Ok, I just downloaded it, played it for about 10 minutes, closed it, force quit CS and FS, restarted them both, and no gems. I guess I'll be emailing support also. Unless it was just another annoying Team Lava popup with no benefit at all??

Ok, I downloaded it, didn't get the gems (after playing for about 10 minutes), then emailed support as you suggested, and didn't hear anything from them either.

What now? I'm on iPad with the latest iOS and latest Farm Story.
