I am not sure where to post this problem.
Two days ago, I bought 105 gems on sale
I was about to report this the other night but I am very tired and sleepy.
Around 9:20 pm (Australia time), I purchased 105 gems in Fashion Story but the game was very lagg and I waited for it for few minutes and cancelled the transaction but It appears that the purchase was successful. When I logged back in, my gems didn't appear, it's still 0.
This is the first time that had happened when the game was very lagged and was wondering why I got charged for it in my VISA card but the gems were NOT visually given.

Please check this asap.

And probably contact your card company and Apple. Keep the Apple receipts!

My daughter accidentally set my kindle back to factory.Could u PLEASE HELP by loading my games back on? Bs level 99, Rs level 55, Ps level 28, Ds level 63,slots level 18 and I can't remember Fs.New storm rcj1109 old snook1109. Thank you for all you do.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
