You might not get it on the first go, though. Unless it is the only item in there? Does anyone know if there are others? I haven't used gems on those in Farm yet.

Obviously, 4th prize has the greatest probability and 1st prize has the least. In the thread, Norman identifies which prize is which level for the regular chest. You don't know about the other chests unless someone specifically states it on the board. However, the biggest building is usually the 1st prize, smaller buildings are often 2nd prizes, animals tend to be 3rd prizes, and cheesy decorations are most likely 4th prizes.

(Note: I'm not saying that those are the only 4 categories of prizes that exist nor am I saying that those categories are always at that level of prize. There are some nice decorations which may be 3rd prizes--I do not know. And sometimes animals are 2nd prizes. I'm just naming the trends that I've observed from what I've gotten from the boxes and from what other people have said.)
