Love those! I have a very easy Jacques Pepin recipe I use. Whip up a little cream with some sugar, vanilla and cardamom... perfection! And considering they're sometimes called lava cakes, they couldn't be more appropriate for bakery story :D

What is it? A cake with chocolate pudding inside?

^^ lol yep that's a strawberry. My favorite way to eat it though is with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's sooooo good that way.

Love German Chocolate! Is that one missing the coconut? I don't like the coconut shavings on it, something I inherited. That one looks soooooooooo good!!!

I see toasted coconut shavings in the frosting, but not sprinkled on, and also what looks like some kind of nut, pecan maybe?
