Need help accessing city

I had to replace my iphone due to the glass breaking. I reloaded the City Story app from itunes but now I cannot access my city. It does not give me an option to log in, only to sign up. How can I gain access to my city in the new phone?

I had the same problem when i got a new iphone. You will need to create a new stormID on your new phone, then email team lava support at support@teamlava.com. Give them your old stormID and your new one and they will transfer everything to your new phone. Your old stormID will be void.
