I have been playing now for a few weeks so here is my feedback.
Good points - excellent graphics. Love it on iPad. Fast connectivity to other cities. Never experienced any issues or crashes. Always increasing the items that can be added. Good interaction with city players. Non intrusive sounds. Easy to understand concept and playability.
Average points - completing contracts early is same cost regardless of item, a lot of time lost going to cities fully cleaned. Pressing "home" is never a refresh - always have to go out of city and come back in. Capped expansion at 19 x 19. At level 20 the game slows right down in ability to progress - although that is probably a good thing otherwise the game would have completed much earlier.
