cant retrieve gifts

Everytime I try to retrieve my gifts the game freezes up and eventually force closes. Help its been happening for over a week .

Have you tried restarting your phone? If that does help, try deleting and redownloading. Your game will be saved on TLs servers, so it will start back right where you were. If you continue to have problems, email support. HTH!
